How to get help anywhere in the app — contextual guidance, search, and the universal help button.
What It Does
The Global Help System provides: a floating help button (bottom-right, blue ? icon) on every page, a slide-out help drawer with page-specific guidance, searchable help content across 20+ modules, tooltip badges (hoverable ? icons on specific elements), a guided tour (step-by-step walkthrough), and smart pop-ups at key moments.
Why It Matters
A comprehensive help system ensures users can always find the information they need without leaving their workflow. This reduces frustration, accelerates onboarding, and enables self-service problem resolution.
How to Use It
Click the blue ? button (bottom-right) to open the help drawer — it shows guidance specific to your current page. Use the search bar inside the drawer to find help across all modules. Click Start Tour for a step-by-step walkthrough of the current page. Hover over tooltip badges for quick explanations.
