We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, enterprise-grade security infrastructure, and regular security reviews. Your assessment data is stored in isolated tenant environments.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Upon request, we will export or delete your data within 30 days of account termination.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, AWS for cloud infrastructure, and SendGrid for email delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. For GDPR or CCPA requests, contact privacy@appex360.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
